·         25% faculty/staff are not aware of the protocol for reporting a bias incident. This is an opportunity for us to provide more awareness/education.  ·         51.4% of faculty have experienced bias in the past year.  ·         20% of faculty/staff have experienced harassment based on protected category in the past year.
