·         62% of students are not aware of protocol for reporting a bias incident. Quite high - Big opportunity here.   ·         20% of students say occasionally or regularly experience bias; over half say they have experienced an incident of bias in the past year.   ·         On CALS website, could we create some links specifically for this sort of information in the Student Services section - provide definitions, contact information, links to protocols for reporting; Then communicate this to advisors -- make sure they know about this page and can encourage students to go there.
