· High agreement (5) for I'd like to learn about identity groups different from my own, I want to bridge differences between groups. · Vast majority of UVM students are interested in learning about identity groups and open to constructive conflict and challenging biases · Capturing/harnessing the momentum coming from students on continuing to provide support for learning in this space. · Would love to invest in the challenging biases part. · Overall similar results on faculty/staff side. · Generally, this is encouraging - there is interest/motivation
