Faculty/Staff · Question of whether I have received equitable pay compared to my peers, overall mean is 2.96 - the lowest mean of questions in this category (How much do you agree with the following statements) · Subpopulations - people along the lines of ability and agendered, queer, etc. went down to 2.59 (lowest mean of any of the different demographic characteristics) · This was not significantly lower among BIPOC · In general, people do not feel they are adequately, fairly compensated. This stood out as the single item that fell below 3. · Mean for College of Ag & Life Sciences is also lower than university-wide mean (2.7)
