IE Action Plan Section

  • Increase the number of under-represented/marginalized populations within ETS

Goal

  • Plan and implement changes to create a more inclusive hiring process by implementing trainings and reviewing practices. Initially require ETS leadership and hiring committee members to undertake affirmative action and inclusive hiring trainings. Implement trainings by Spring 2023 and have all members of leadership complete training by Summer 2023 with plan in place for committee members by Fall 2024.
