CEMS_Recruitment and Retention Smart Goals 1.1

Develop a cohort-based program for students of color modeled after the Meyerhof Program that will house them together and provide added advising and career readiness support. It would require participation in research and/or internship programs and focus on building a community of learners of color in STEM.
