Academic advisors, professional advisors, and faculty work together to identify and address challenges/barriers that result in demographic imbalances across students that receive D, F, or W grades.
There exists greater, more proactive, and more holistic student outreach and support – particularly among historically underrepresented groups in higher education (ex. FGLI students).
Annual assessments of D, F, W grades are completed and show reduced imbalances across student demographics over time. entrytest
