Expand faculty involvement in the BIPOC and other diverse speaker series to provide non-dominant narratives around environment and natural resources issues. Investigate and expand networks from which to draw possible speakers. Identify obstacles to increasing the number of diverse guest speakers. Outcome: Utilize existing gift funding to diversify perspectives shared in RSENR courses, create a network of guest speakers and UVM faculty.
