OVPR_Analysis of Systems Goal_3

Develop a communication channel (OVPR Listserv) for community building within OVPR, celebrations, volunteering, DEI event or leadership training. Plan to update in Fall Semester each year going forward to add/remove employees as needed and recommend leaders add new employees as part of onboarding process. Suggest OVPR hiring managers put this on a checklist as part of onboarding.
